Insurance claims processing

Once your claim has been lodged with your insurance company the process of getting your property repaired begins.

Your insurance company will notify us of your claim and provide contact information.

Your claim information will be filed in to our system and you will be contacted by our office within the hour.

Our estimator will be allocated to inspect and report on the damage cause and quote on the repairs required at your property. Our estimators will contact you to book a suitable time that is convenient for you to carry out the inspection in a timely manner.

Once the inspection is complete:

If your claim meets the guidelines of your PDS with your insurer , and they are happy to award the job to us. We will immediately proceed with the repairs with your permission with contracts exchanged and signed

  • Your excess payment will be requested (if applicable) and a copy of the authorised repairs will be provided to you to sign.
  • Our company will assign a supervisor to co-ordinate the repair work to your property
  • Trades will be allocated in regards to commencing repairs, the supervisor can answer any questions you may have and will ensure to make the experience as less obstructive as possible.

If your claim does not meet the guidelines of your PDS or is above our approval, a copy of the supervisors report will be sent to your insurer.
